We would like to inform you about the current situation concerning the loan originator Nera Capital Funding 4 DAC (hereinafter referred to as Nera Capital).

As of today, we have not received from Nera Capital the funds intended for loan repayments or the execution of buyback obligations. Claims against this loan originator are now more than 60 days overdue.

Nera Capital has informed us of an extension to the expected recovery period of its UK litigation finance portfolios. According to the information provided, the reasons include regulatory changes, an ongoing market review, and delays in court proceedings, all of which have had a negative impact, particularly on two UK law firms financed through these portfolios.

Nera Capital has also stated that it is preparing a restructuring process aimed at preserving the value of the claims and creating conditions for the repayment of both principal and expected returns to investors. In parallel, discussions are underway regarding the refinancing of the entire portfolio, including the possibility of its acquisition by an institutional investor.

We have requested an official statement from Nera Capital intended for investors. According to the company, this statement is currently being finalized, and we expect to receive it within the coming days. Once received, we will publish it without delay.

We are actively addressing the situation with Nera Capital and remain in regular contact with the company’s management. At the same time, in cooperation with a UK law firm, we are preparing alternative solutions to ensure we can respond promptly to further developments and take appropriate steps to protect investors‘ interests.
