Through the way of intensive communication and escalation, involving increased media pressure on the provider, we have managed to get Right Choice Finance back to negotiate a debt recognition and repayment schedule. Our goal is to achieve the earliest possible payment of all claims of investors on Bondster. Our pressure on the provider is not easing and we are now finalising the preparation of legal steps that we are ready to launch if there is no out-of-court settlement regarding the debt recognition and repayment schedule.
