With the Right Choice Finance provider, despite all efforts, it was not possible to conclude an out-of-court agreement on the recognition of the debt and the repayment schedule. Our doubts about the provider’s efforts to resolve the situation out of court are supported by the fact that the company’s representatives communicate with us only sporadically and with all their actions only delay the fulfillment of their indisputable obligation to investors. At the end of June 2024, our legal representatives demanded the immediate signing of the agreement on the recognition of the debt and the repayment schedule, unfortunately the provider did not reflect our proposal. For the stated reasons, we are fully launching legal actions and filing a lawsuit against Right Choice Finance. We will inform you about the further development of the situation.
