ACEMA Credit Czech, a.s., has developed a unique operating loan product for entrepreneurs called Business Invest AI. Read on to find out what benefits it brings to investors.
ACEMA is introducing a new type of non-purpose operating loan for entrepreneurs to the Czech market. These loans will start appearing on the Bondster investment platform on 19 May 2025. You can find them in the Current Investment Offer section under the ‘Business Invest AI’ preset filter.
ACEMA operating loans are used by sole traders and businesses as a fast and flexible way to finance operations or attractive investment opportunities. Compared to conventional banking products, they offer the distinct advantage of deferring principal repayments for up to six months. During this period, the entrepreneur pays only the interest, in a similar way to a conventional overdraft. Investors receive only interest payments during this period.
After the maturity period, the borrower has two options. They can either pay the full principal in one lump sum, or choose to spread the repayments over a further period of up to twelve months. In the latter case, the new loan is repaid in instalments and the investor receives a pro rata share of the principal, in addition to the interest.
These loans are not secured by assets. The applicant’s creditworthiness is verified through the Finbricks application from Komerční banka, which provides a direct view of business accounts. A scoring model based on real data helps evaluate creditworthiness and identify the risk of borrower default more effectively.
Business Invest AI loans can currently be invested in Czech crowns and will soon be available in euros. The minimum investment is CZK 100; there is no upper limit.
This new type of operating loan offers investors a product with a short investment horizon, stable yields, and a modern approach to risk management.
