We have not yet received the requested acceptable repayment plan proposal from the CrediFace provider. The proposal we previously received was unacceptable to us as it only proposed a 6 month deferral of repayments, did not include interest on late payments and did not address payment of the full amount owed.

Following our rejection of this proposal and our request for an acceptable repayment schedule, CrediFace’s representative stopped communicating with us. For this reason, we have decided to refer the matter to our solicitors who will take further action to recover the debt. We will keep you informed of further developments
