Dear Investors,

We would like to inform you of the latest developments regarding the collection of receivables from the provider Right Choice Finance.

Through our legal representative in Singapore, we sent a pre-litigation demand for payment of the outstanding receivables to Right Choice Capital Pte. Ltd., the provider’s parent company with which BONDSTER has a contract, in December 2025, setting a 21-day deadline for payment. However, the provider failed to pay the outstanding receivables within the specified period and has been in default of its obligations since at least January 2, 2026.

In light of the provider’s continued failure to perform, we filed a lawsuit against Right Choice Capital Pte. Ltd. in the Czech Republic on May 7, 2026.

The subject of the lawsuit is the payment of contractual penalties arising from the Cooperation Agreement concluded between BONDSTER and the provider Right Choice, specifically (i) contractual penalties for failure to maintain the agreed amount of funds in the provider’s virtual account, as a result of which it was not possible to execute investment redemptions, and (ii) contractual penalties for providing false information in documentation or other communications provided to BONDSTER.

This structure of the lawsuit was deliberately chosen following extensive consultations with several law firms. We see the main advantage of this approach, in particular, in the ability to clearly demonstrate to the court any misconduct on the part of the Right Choice provider, which should lead to a more efficient course of proceedings. If the lawsuit is successful, we will treat the recovered funds as a standard “payment” received from the provider, meaning these funds will be distributed to investors through standard channels. At the same time, we will evaluate the possibilities for further legal action.

Another advantage of the chosen structure of the lawsuit is that it does not negatively affect the investors’ claims against Right Choice Finance arising from the contracts you have entered into. Thus, if you, as investors, have decided or decide to pursue your contractual (or other) claims against Right Choice Finance independently (e.g., through your own lawsuit), BONDSTER’s actions will not conflict with these in any way.

For the sake of completeness, we note that the lawsuit also includes a motion to have the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic determine the court with local jurisdiction, given that the defendant is a foreign entity and the contract with BONDSTER specifies Czech courts as having jurisdiction.
At this time, we are awaiting procedural actions from the court. We will keep you informed of further developments via the bondster.com platform.
