The provider of Smart Advance does not fulfill its contractual obligations and does not send funds to pay for buybacks of loans in arrears. For this reason, we lowered the provider’s rating to grade D. We invited the provider to sign an out-of-court agreement on debt recognition and a repayment schedule. If this agreement is not concluded, we will proceed with legal enforcement of the claim. We are currently preparing legal steps to file a lawsuit. We are also solving the unsatisfactory situation with the owners of the company, who have promised cooperation.
