What if I lose access to the authentication app or my device?

If the device you use for two-factor authentication has been lost, stolen, damaged or reset or if the authentication app stopped working with your Bondster account, first check what data recovery options your authentication app offers. If none are available, please contact our Customer Support. Once we have verified your identity, we will disable two-factor authentication on your account. You will then be able to log in and connect a new authentication device.
The Google Authenticator app also offers some helpful tips on how to troubleshoot common two-factor authentication issues.
