Loan providers - FAQ
All providers who express an interest in cooperation undergo a thorough credit check while their loan granting process is assessed as well. BONDSTER also makes sure that the providers’ approach to clients is ethical. We only choose partners who can offer our investors attractive investment conditions. The main focus is on financial stability, reputation and an ethical approach to lending. The contract and other terms of cooperation are negotiated with providers in such a way as to ensure maximum protection for investors.
Through the BONDSTER marketplace, providers can get flexibility in terms of cash flow management and also cheaper funding for their further development. They use the funds obtained from investors to finance other loans as well.
Providers are obliged to provide us with detailed information about the loans that they offer for refinancing on the BONDSTER platform. At the same time, they share on a regular basis all information about the collection of installments and other information related to loans on the BONDSTER market. BONDSTER also regularly checks the financial health of providers and monitors their activity on the credit market.
We choose our partners carefully and therefore believe that this situation will not arise. However, should this occur, BONDSTER will fully assume the management of all loans that have been placed on the BONDSTER market. It also ensures that payments from borrowers are received and then redistributed to investors’ accounts with BONDSTER based on their share in each loan.
The basic conditions including the contractual documentation of each provider can be found directly on the respective provider’s website.
There have always been and will always be people who need to fund their immediate consumption and those who want to invest (borrow) their cash. The current Czech legislation sets out the conditions to ensure that the whole process of lending in the Czech Republic is transparent. It also ensures that providers are fair in their approach to borrowers and that loans are not granted to high-risk borrowers. Providers are legally obliged to screen potential borrowers and if there is a high risk of future default, the loan may not be granted. Only financially strong companies are now left on the market, and they are under strict regulation by the Czech Central Bank, which oversees the fair and ethical conduct of all entities.
The purpose of the loan and other detailed information can be found in the details of each loan.
