Registration and administration - FAQ
Each investor has a unique account ID under which their individual investments are kept. BONDSTER does not share personal and sensitive data with anyone. When processing personal data, it always complies with the GDPR and other related legislation. Information on personal data processing is described in detail in a separate document in the Documents to Download section (https://bondster.com/cz/dokumenty-ke-stazeni/).
To be able to verify you accordingly, the following documents will be required:
– A copy of both sides of your identity card or a copy of your passport.
– A digitally signed document confirming the ownership of the bank account from which you send funds (i.e. bank account opening contract, a bank confirmation of a bank account ownership or a bank statement not older than 3 months).
– A document confirming your permanent residence (i.e., for example, electricity or gas bill, etc.).
You can upload the required documents to the User Profile at any time. The application itself reminds you of this after the first deposit has been made to the investor account on BONDSTER. We require them to be submitted when you transfer funds from the investor account back to your private bank account or if the value of free and invested funds in your investor account exceeds the equivalent of EUR 15,000.
After logging into the BONDSTER investor account, you have the option to request to change the data you entered during registration. You can find the current data under the MY PROFILE tab, after clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the page and selecting the MY PROFILE option in the displayed submenu.
If you forget your investor account login password, just visit our website and click on the FORGOT PASSWORD? link. We will send you all the necessary instructions by e-mail.
Setting up a BONDSTER investor account is simple and intuitive – everything you need can be done in a few minutes. Within the registration process, all you need to do is fill in a simple entry form with a few basic details. By registering, you also enter into a user account agreement, which qualifies you to invest on the BONDSTER platform. Completing the registration does not commit you to investing – when you choose to invest is up to you only and you don’t have to worry about any flat fees.
Citizens of the Czech Republic over the age of 18, adult nationals of other European Union countries and selected non-EU countries. Legal entities based in the territory of the European Union can register as well. A condition for successful registration and the possibility to invest is a bank account in the name of the person registered within the EU, which is one of the important aspects of identity verification.
