The company is a subsidiary of the Finclusion Group Limited who operates several digital lenders across East and Southern Africa. Fikia has sister operations in Kenya, South Africa, eSwatini, and Namibia.
Fikia Finance serves a range of secured MSME-focused term loans (93% of portfolio) in addition to payroll loans (7% of portfolio) issued to private employees and employees in the Tanzanian banking sector.
