OK Credit
January 23, 2022
OK Credit is a Moldovan non-banking financial company that has been operating since 2014. It offers consumer and business loans, vehicle financing, as well as loans secured by movable or immovable property. Loan amounts typically range from approximately EUR 50 to EUR 10,000, with maturities between 3 and 36 months. The average loan size is around EUR 450, with a repayment period of approximately fifteen months.
Customers can submit applications online and usually only need to provide an identity document for the initial verification process. When evaluating applications, the company assesses the regularity of the applicant’s income and overall repayment capacity. The specific approval process varies depending on the product type, loan amount, and any collateral involved. Once the agreement is signed, funds are disbursed to the customer’s bank account or payment card.
The risk profile of the portfolio is not uniform. Unsecured consumer loans primarily depend on the borrower’s creditworthiness, while for vehicle-backed and asset-secured loans, the value and enforceability of the collateral play an important role. OK Credit retains a 10% stake in the financed loans and provides a buyback guarantee for all loans offered on Bondster.
The current return offered to investors on Bondster is 9% p.a.
