Who we are

He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bondster platform, where he draws on his many years of experience in investment management, strategic development and investment projects. Since the start of his career, he has specialised in strategic planning, financial modelling, market analysis and valuation. He is a graduate of the University of Economics, Prague, and holds an Ing. degree in Business Management and Corporate Finance, as well as an MBA in Financial Management and Strategic Financial Planning. In his role at Bondster, he focuses on developing the platform, building relationships with lenders and investors, and steering the company’s overall direction in the field of fintech innovation.

He graduated in Operations and Economics from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague.
In his professional life, he focuses on the management and optimisation of business processes
in technology and financial companies. On the Bondster platform, he is in overall charge of the back-office division, where he ensures the smooth running of internal operations and their integration with the commercial and technological sides of the business. He concentrates on streamlining processes across the organisation, with an emphasis on scalability, security and regulatory compliance. He is responsible for workflow management, control mechanisms and the coordination of operational tasks. He actively collaborates with lenders to ensure the seamless integration of products into Bondster’s systems and contributes to the implementation of new features. Through his analytical approach, he ensures the platform’s stability and readiness for further growth.
