In what format should I upload the files?

If your bank does not issue a digitally signed account ownership certificate, please upload two different documents relating to the account in question, for example:
- a bank statement and an account maintenance agreement,
- a bank statement and an account confirmation,
- a statement of charges and an account maintenance agreement.
You can upload the documents directly to the platform.
