Yes, you can use third-party money exchange and money transfer services to send money from abroad. These third parties must be licensed within the EU for this purpose. The first time you make a payment to your virtual account, you will need to verify that the account is indeed in your name. This includes identifying yourself and providing an identity document.
When making a payment order from an account held in CZK to an account held in a currency other than CZK, the exchange rate of the payee’s bank will be used for currency conversion.
After the investor’s withdrawal order is placed, funds are always sent from the BONDSTER Marketplace s.r.o. account to the investor’s registered bank account.
Yes, you can send funds to an account in a currency other than CZK. When making such a transfer, the investor bears the costs associated with the transfer.
In this case, the exchange rate of the recipient’s bank will be used, and the investor will bear all the costs associated with the exchange, and by sending the funds, they agree with the exchange rate of the recipient’s bank.
When making payments from abroad, investors fully cover the associated bank costs.
Funds sent in this way will be automatically credited by the recipient’s bank (Komerční banka) in CZK according to the bank’s conversion rate.
Yes, it is possible to send money from abroad to an account in CZK. We primarily support SEPA payments for sending money from abroad. When sending the first payment, it is required to send the payment from an account in your name. Subsequent payments may be sent via a money exchange and money transfer service providers licensed as payment service providers or electronic money providers within the EU.
If you place a withdrawal order before 15:30, the withdrawal order will be processed on the day the order is placed. You will have the funds in your account the next business day for a domestic transfer and within two business days for an international transfer. If the order is placed after 15:30, it will not be processed until the following day.
The withdrawal amount is not limited in any way. BONDSTER does not charge a fee for the transaction but there are bank fees that might apply.
Funds can only be sent to an account that the investor has registered with us, funds cannot be sent to arbitrary accounts. A registered account in this case is an account from which we have received the first payment from the investor and such account has been verified as being owned by the investor.
You can transfer funds from your investor account back to your personal bank account at any time. If you have free funds in your investor account that you want to transfer back to your bank account, you can do so by making a payment order (link WITHDRAW MONEY). To be able to do that, you need to provide all the required documents. In such a case, we will need a copy of the identity card (both sides), or a copy of another identity document (driver’s license, passport, firearms license) and proof of account ownership (bank account agreement, account statement).
Yes, you can. To do that, you only need to send the funds from the new account to your investor account and provide proof that the account is yours (bank account agreement or account statement).
If you send us funds from an account that is not in your name, we will require you to provide proof of ownership of the account and an identity document. If it is not possible to prove ownership of the account on your part, the funds will be sent back to the account from which we have received them.
We will credit your account the very next day from the moment the funds arrive in our bank account. Payment from your bank usually takes place the next working day.
BONDSTER may not dispose of your funds in any way without your consent. Investors’ money is kept in the bank accounts of Komerční banka and is separated from the operating funds of the platform operator.
You can see your money after logging into your investor profile on the virtual account. Funds in virtual accounts are registered in accounts maintained at reputable banks, specifically at Komerční banka, and are separated from the company’s operating funds.
Money can be sent to an investor account only from a bank account in the investor’s name. If we receive funds from an account other than one registered in your name, we will require you to provide proof of ownership of such account and proof of your identity. If you fail to provide us with this information, we will send the money back to you. The first payment must always come from an account held in the name of the investor account holder.
After completing the registration and creating your investor account, all you have to do is enter a bank order in your internet banking. All information can be found under the DEPOSIT MONEY link in your profile. When making a transfer, always remember to include your variable symbol [aka reference number], which is your investor ID. To deposit CZK within the Czech Republic, use the account number: 115-2520580247/0100. For EUR deposit: IBAN: CZ0201000001152525580297, BIC: KOMBCZPP.
In order to successfully complete the registration and be able to invest on the BONDSTER platform, it is necessary to send the first payment from an account held in your name. If we receive the first payment from an account other than the one registered in your name, we will require you to provide proof of account ownership and to provide your identification document. If we are unable to verify you, the money will be returned to you and you will not be able to invest it.
